These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 35bdapp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 35bdapp.bet and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By creating an account on 35bdapp, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The 35bdapp platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy every condition before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 35bdapp operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 35bdapp. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary account suspension that you have previously requested on 35bdapp or any affiliated platform.
• Mental capacity: You must not be using the platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, and you must not be suffering from a diagnosed gambling disorder that prevents you from making informed decisions.

Players who are found to be under 18 years of age at any point will have their accounts closed immediately. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment method used, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in their entirety. 35bdapp takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any inquiry from a parent or guardian regarding a minor's potential use of the platform.

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and payment services on 35bdapp, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

During registration you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and confirmation that you are aged 18 or above and agree to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 35bdapp will never ask you to share your password with any member of the support team or any third party.

35bdapp reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. KYC may require you to submit a copy of your national ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and in some cases a photograph. KYC requests must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the request being issued. Accounts under active KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending verification completion.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you allow any other person to use your account, you accept full liability for their actions and any consequences arising from those actions. Account sharing is prohibited under these Terms and may result in suspension or closure of the account without prior notice.

All financial transactions on 35bdapp are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 35bdapp account instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account balance due to banking processing times. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact the 35bdapp support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one hour for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. 35bdapp does not charge any platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 35bdapp's control.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 35bdapp is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. Deposits must be made from payment methods that belong to and are registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 35bdapp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory AML review.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 35bdapp unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Some bonuses are restricted to slots; others apply to live casino or sports betting. Using a restricted bonus on an ineligible game category may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Collusion and cheating: Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaging in cheating behaviour will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

By using the 35bdapp platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player regardless of the nature or frequency of their use of the platform.

• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration and during any KYC or verification process. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

35bdapp takes a zero-tolerance approach to money laundering, fraud, and any form of criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the platform. 35bdapp cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity and will provide all relevant account information, transaction records, and communication logs as required by applicable law.

Players may request the closure of their 35bdapp account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any outstanding KYC verification, provided the balance consists of real-money funds and not active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.

35bdapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Suspected or confirmed use of automated betting systems or cheating software
• Operation of multiple accounts in contravention of the one-account policy
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure

Where an account is suspended or closed by 35bdapp due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that funds were obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, those funds will be forfeited and will not be returned to the player. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
